James Jun Seok Huh

Attorney James Jun Seok Huh graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and with a Master of Science in Journalism.

Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. Mr. Huh has been a member of the Missouri State Bar since 2021.

As an attorney at the Law Offices of Gita B. Kapur, Mr. Huh represents clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court. He also represents clients seeking asylum with USCIS, in gaining Special Immigrant Juvenile Status through Probate Court, and in obtaining relief in immigration-related criminal matters. Mr Huh also has experience in trust and estate planning and mediation.
